GENERAL COUNSEL SERVICES PROGRAM
As General Counsel for a communications company and working with business owners I have learned that we need to solve and prevent increasing legal costs for small and medium sized businesses. This program provides excellent legal advice at a fixed rate mitigating extensive legal fees.
FLAT FEE OF $275 PER MONTH
This includes up to three (“3”) hours of service.
Services may include corporate, employment and human resources issues, non-competition and confidentiality issues regarding current and former employees, litigation prevention, negotiation, corporate governance, and general consulting. The question of whether a matter of issue falls within the scope of this Agreement will be handled with common sense, mutual agreement, mutual respect, and fairness to both parties.
Monthly Fee may fluctuate contingent on negotiation and the size and needs of the company
50% DISCOUNT ON DOCUMENT REVIEW
As part of this program, McNeice Wheeler is offering discounted time for document review.
Document Review is continually one of the most important and time consuming duties of General and In-House Counsel. The program intends to prevent our clients from signing or engaging in contracts that place them in compromising business situations.
